THE ACCEPTANCE TESTING OF THE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE TO MODERNIZE THE LOWER LEVEL OF IVS OF UNIT 1 OF ZAPORIZHZHYA NPP HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT SUCCESSFULLY

At the end of September 2014, the acceptance testing of the software and hardware to modernize the lower level of IVS (NU IVS) of Unit 1 of Zaporizhzhya NPP was carried out at the testing ground of PJSC “SRPA “Impulse”.

NU IVS is designated to acquire and process the operating information in the reconstructed complexes for communication with the facility of the turbine and reactor divisions on the technological process, state of the equipment, state of the normal operation systems and safety control systems, to transfer the information to the upper level of IVS.

The positive results of the carried out testing confirmed that NU IVS meets the requirements of the requirements specification, as well as those of the normative and operational documents. The results of the acceptance testing confirmed readiness of NU IVS to be supplied to Unit 1 of Zaporizhzhya NPP.
