TRIAL COMMISSIONING OF THE INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE AUTOMATIC REGULATING SYSTEM OF TURBINE DIVISION AT ZNPP

In accordance with the technical decision of ZNPP, in August 2016, the trial commissioning of the instrumentation and control system of the automatic regulating system of turbine division (I&C of ASR TO) took place at Unit 2.

This was preceded by the following:

• receipt of permission for building and assembly;
• dismantlement of the ASUT-1000М equipment, excepting the turbine regulating system, and installation of the equipment of I&C of ASR TO at Unit 2;
• autonomous checks of ASR TO;
• complex adjustment and test of ASR, protections and interlockings;
• metrological certification of measuring channels I&C of ASR TO;
• introduction of changes into maintenance documentation;
• training of personnel involved into operation of I&C of ASR TO, knowledge assessment;
• development of a trial operation program for I&C of ASR TO at Unit 2.
