MPC-U AT THE 19 km TRACK POST OF THE KYIV – INTERNATIONAL BORYSPIL AIRPORT COMMUNICATION AND THE AUTOMATIC BLOCKING AND APS SYSTEMS AT THE BORYSPIL - im. H. KIRPY SECTION OF THE SOUTHWESTERN RAILWAY HAVE BEEN COMMISSIONED

In October 2018, the following have been commissioned the MPC-U microprocessor based point and signal interlocking system at the 19 km Track Post of the Kyiv – International Boryspil Airport Communication, as well as the automatic blocking and the automatic level crossing signalling (APS) systems at the Boryspil - im. H. Kirpy Section of the Southwestern Railway.

The commission appointed with the order by “Ukrzaliznytsia” stated that MPC-U, the automatic blocking and APS systems meet the requirements of the terms of reference and the corresponding instructions of “Ukrzaliznytsia”.

Based on the results of the commission’s activities, a decision was made on putting the systems into constant operation.
