PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL NUCLEAR FORUM “BULATOM”

The Annual Traditional International Nuclear Conference “Bulgarian Nuclear Energy – National, Regional and World Energy Security”, held by the “Bulgarian Atomic Forum” organization, took place in Varna (Bulgaria) on 5-7 June 2019.

Representatives of enterprises and organizations of Bulgaria, Ukraine, France, Germany, Czechia, Russia and other countries, diplomats and politicians participated in the conference.

During three days at the conference the technical reports were presented and the panel discussions were held, which were focused on problems and peculiarities of the Bulgarian nuclear energy – operation, modernization, and life extension for the operating power units of Kozloduy NPP, as well as issues of future construction of new power units within the territory of Bulgaria, particularly Belene NPP.

Representatives of SRPA “Impulse” headed by the Deputy Director for Automation Systems in Power Engineering actively participated in discussion of the issues considered and submitted the report “Promising digital instrumentation and control systems”.
